1) Two witnesses (no notary): POA Form 1 Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, New Foundland and Labrador, NORTHWEST TERRITORIES, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan
3) Witnessed by a lawyer who is not a spouse or relative and accompanied by a certificate of legal advice: POA Form 3 YUKON TERRITORY
Notary must not be a spouse, partner or family member.
Witness must not be a spouse, partner or family member.
All parties must be present at the same time for signing.
